went running today 2.46 miles! wo0ot! cal intake I'm not actually sure but if I had to guess I'd say somewhere around 700 maybe 750
I turned down a pizza offer and went running so I feel like i achieved a major accomplishment.
I think I'm finally back on track, and I am in control of myself!
think positive and take each day as it is. you won't lose all you want over night!!!
